Our comprehensive Case Management Suite is built for the unique needs of Health and Human Service organizations.
We take a simple approach to providing comprehensive support. Clients have a direct link to the support team for issues via an integrated ClientTrack Issues System, as well as a toll-free line for emergency issues. Support is available from 7:00 AM MST to 6:00 PM MST Monday through Friday, except holidays. In addition, Eccovia Solutions provides 24/7 emergency outage support. This additional coverage includes handling of after-hours events that interrupt service to production environments within the ClientTrack hosted environments.

ClientTrack administration users can reach our support engineers for emergency issues. Our help desk operates Monday – Friday with extended business hours (7am – 6pm MST) to serve customers across the nation.
